JOB REQUIREMENTS: - As a Senior Trainer for our Power Division your goal is to conduct, develop, and produce training programs and materials for company products and customers. You\'ll maintain and improve the classroom and workshop facilities for training programs. You\'ll also develop training programs based on feedback from the business. You will do this by: Developing, producing and presenting training material, handouts, teaching aids and new curricula Maintaining, preparing, and improving classroom or workshop facilities for programs Evaluating the effectiveness of current training methods, facilities and materials Working with the Customer Education Department to develop on-line training courses for products Partnering with marketing and internal stakeholders with technical information for development of support materials Attending and leading training at high visibility functions such as sales meetings, trade shows and specialty dealer/customer meetings as needed Making field visits as required to help assist with product issues, customer issues and to support training development needs Securing the facilities for training and completing administration of system information for the participants Overseeing and providing guidance to lower level Trainers, as applicable The above statements are intended only to describe the general nature of the job and should not be construed as an all-inclusive list of position responsibilities.
