What You’ll Do:

Craft Quality Marvels: Dive into the realm of statistical data and product specifications, sculpting standards and reliability objectives that elevate finished products to new heights of excellence.

Performance Management Accountability Enhancement: Lead the charge in ensuring a culture of action over analysis. Implement strategies to sidestep the trap of overthinking, fostering a dynamic environment focused on tangible results. Foster a mindset of agility and decisiveness, steering clear of analysis paralysis to drive impactful quality improvements.

Architect Quality Landscapes : Design and communicate quality metrics that paint a vivid picture of improvement possibilities, leading team through valleys of innovation and mountain peaks of success.

Forge Connections: Cultivate effective communication with valued customers and suppliers, embarking on adventures to ensure compliance and spark improvement across a vast quality ecosystem.

Lead the Quality Symphony: Conduct captivating training sessions that empower team members to unleash their potential, creating harmonious melodies of quality throughout the organization.

Champion Quality Culture : Serve as a beacon of light, guiding manufacturing endeavors towards compliance with ISO 9001 requirements and infusing every aspect of the operations with the spirit of continuous improvement.

Smart Manufacturing System Integration : Spearhead initiatives to seamlessly integrate quality processes with cutting-edge Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), optimizing efficiency and effectiveness. Drive collaboration between quality assurance and technology teams to leverage MES capabilities for continuous improvement.

Desired Qualifications:

Creative Visionary : Bachelor’s Degree in an applied science or engineering field, coupled with a minimum of five years of quality control/assurance leadership experience, preferably in an industrial/heavy manufacturing setting (low volume/custom built products).

Empowering Leader : Ability to develop and inspire team members (12 direct reports -internal/plant, supplier, customer/product quality engineers) fostering a culture of excellence and innovation that propels towards exceeding quality objectives.

Innovative Trailblazer : Experience in driving new product introductions and leading improvements in advanced quality planning processes, statistical analysis, and quality control methodologies. NPI (New Product Introductions) leading improvements in APQP (Advanced Product Quality Planning), PPAP ( Production Part Approval Process), MSA (Measurement Systems Analysis), SPC ( Statistical Process Control), and SQC (Statistical Quality Control).

Maestro of Quality: Proficiency in ISO 9001 standards and internal auditing, accompanied by a deep understanding of corrective action preventive action processes and quality cost concepts.
