The Headlines:   

The HTR Business Process & HR Technology team is within the Business Process Excellence (BPE) Group focused on development, governance, and sustainment of integrated HTR processes and technology supporting the employee lifecycle. The role will drive HTR operational efficiencies and financial returns for all Americas by continuously improving our processes and systems.

The purpose of this team is to define, measure, govern and optimize the relevant HR end-to-end processes and systems. The Senior Manager role will ensure the team enhances our process and system activities and components across the enterprise working with process leads, corporate leadership and business units. This role requires a robust continuous improvement methodology/perspective both strategically and tactically in addition to the ability to drive a large cultural change program across the business. HR systems knowledge is a plus.

The Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of systems and process that are delivered through our HR and GBS organization to enable the success of our overall organization. This position partners closely with SMEs within HR and technical experts within our IT function to develop, maintain, and deliver technology solutions to enable HR functional and employee life cycle processes.

  • Build the strategy to drive the stabilization and optimization of our HR technology, processes, and collaborate with our HR and GBS organizations to identify, fix, and learn from issues as well as proactive solutioning to train users and HR practitioners, and technology fixes to avoid issues and drive benefits in time efficiency and process efficacy.

  • Manage the vendor relationships for HR technology matters for the organization as well as partner on large contracts with solutions that cover the globe.

  • Lead the governance committee that reviews large-scale/scope impact work and changes for technology, process, and systems.

  • Lead a team of four manager and specialist roles.

  • Supporting and providing input and governance across HR business process, system, and HR master data.

  • Fully involving in the energizing and adoption of the enterprise process model (blueprint)

  • Driving 'end-to-end' business ownership of HR Processes, Data & Reporting

  • Seeking out and solutioning continuous improvement to realize benefits including participation in projects as well as small enhancements. This role will be expected to act as Business lead in key business initiatives

  • Monitoring & acting upon outputs within the adoption metrics or KPIs, and integrating them into the business

  • Implementing our sustainment methodology and principles in line with Molson Coors strategy

The Other Qualifications:

  • You have a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 to 7 years in business, IT or HR

  • You have Functional knowledge of process development and with strong understanding of its impact to integrated upstream and downstream processes

  • You have experience with driving and managing change across many business stakeholders

  • You have Experience with audit and controls as well as a strong push for data integrity and transactional accuracy

  • You have experience with relevant SAP, Ceridian Dayforce, and UKG Kronos, or related HR Systems.

  • You have experience with leading teams

  • You love a challenge. You complete complex projects quickly and adeptly with your understanding of the business priorities
