Job Summary The CMF Wall Panel Designer is responsible for the accurate design of the wall panels for commercial and multifamily projects. Principal Duties and Responsibilities Designs metal plate-connected wood trusses and wall panels utilizing adequate software Optimizes designs for maximum efficiency Reviews orders, layouts, and data files for accuracy Assists sales and production with design service and troubleshooting Ensures efficient resource utilization and initiates corrective action as required Prepares various reports as required Performs other duties as required Qualifications Bachelor\'s degree in a related discipline or equivalent experience is required Minimum 7 years of experience in related field/responsibilities Working knowledge and experience using Mitek software are preferred Working knowledge of floor and rood systems and the ability to spec out beams and hangars Working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and Outlook The Company is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
