SITE STAFFING INC Quality Inspector in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin
JOB REQUIREMENTS: Milwaukee, WI 3rd shift. Mon Fri, 9pm 5am \$19 - \$28 p/hr, Depends on experience Require at least 2 years recent experience with the same employer Blueprint Guages, calipers, micrometers, functional gauging, cylindrical plug and ring gages, weigh scales Utilize visual Diagrams and prints to assure visual aspect of pieces Create Hold Tags for product deemed suspect or defective. Use of the Quality database for obtaining Inspection Instructions. Dimensional and visual inspection of incoming components and materials, first/last piece inspection of manufactured parts and assemblies, in-process auditing of ongoing production, inspection of Secondary operations, and Final Inspection prior to shipment. Perform basic pre-control charting when applicable. Participate in the development and maintenance of the documented Quality System related to job function. Participate in the development and improvement of the company\'s documented Quality Management System Discard or reject products, materials, or equipment not meeting specifications. Mark items with details, such as grade or acceptance-rejection status. Measure dimensions of products to verify conformance to specifications, using measuring instruments, such as rulers, calipers, gauges, or micrometers. Notify supervisors or other personnel of production problems. Inspect, test, or measure materials, products, installations, or work for conformance to specifications. Write test or inspection reports describing results, recommendations, or needed repairs. Recommend necessary corrective actions, based on inspection results. Read dials or meters to verify that equipment is functioning at specified levels. Make minor adjustments to equipment, such as turning setscrews to calibrate instruments to required tolerances. Read blueprints, data, manuals, or other materials to determine specifications, inspection and testing procedures, adjustment methods, certification processes, formulas, or measuring instruments required. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: Milwaukee, WI 3rd shift.
