JOB REQUIREMENTS: 3rd Shift 9:45pm-6:15am Monday-Friday (possible OT) Pay rate: \$20.00p/hour Position Overview: Join us as a Quality Assurance Specialist, ensuring that all finished products and raw materials meet stringent food safety and quality standards during your shift. Major Responsibilities: Conduct pre-op line inspections to ensure equipment and utensils comply with food safety standards. Perform inspections and testing (ATP, micro, allergen) of equipment. Test and inspect food products, equipment, and the environment as per specifications. Communicate Food Safety and Quality concerns to production supervision for correction. Enforce proper GMP behavior and other requirements in the production area. Food and Personnel Safety Related Job Duties: Follow all company food safety and personal safety procedures. Alert the Supervisor to any mechanical or unsafe conditions. Notify QA Management and Plant Management of any food safety issues or concerns. Other Responsibilities: Perform tasks assigned by Quality Management. Required Training: Attend all mandatory training sessions scheduled by Plant Management. Conduct routine and non-routine analyses of in-process materials, raw materials, environmental samples, finished goods, or stability samples. Interpret test results, compare them to established specifications and control limits, and make recommendations on appropriateness of data for release.
