Design, develop, implement and maintain assigned Quality Management processes to include, Audit Management, Corrective Action, Document Control, Data Analysis or Customer Resolution. Continuously monitor / audit internal controls of key business processes, their supporting applications and infrastructure to measure effectiveness and mitigate risk issues. Initiate and track corrective action to resolve any noncompliance. Collect and summarize audit findings of business processes and communicate control violations / emerging risk to enable the organization to quickly identify and resolve the concern.

Design, develop and maintain the assigned combination of major quality management processes which may include Audit Management, Corrective Action, Document Control, Data Analysis or Customer Resolution
Performs internal quality audits of business processes to verify conformance to established requirements
Lead corrective actions, including investigation, root cause analysis, development and implementation of solution, and validation of results
Serve as subject matter expert for ISO 9001 and other quality standards, including classification of audit findings based on requirements
Identify quality-related risks and opportunities, obtaining agreement of risk level from process owners, assisting in the development and execution of risk mitigation, following-up to ensure commitments are completed and assessing their effectiveness
Provide accurate reporting as assigned to communicate quality performance information to leadership
Perform complex data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing customer requests
Assist with quality planning activities to support contract proposal and implementation processes.
Perform related duties and responsibilities as required
Perform analysis of customer complaints, customer satisfaction survey results, and other information relevant for evaluating customer satisfaction to identify trends and issues requiring escalation to senior leadership
Work with process owners to identify, develop and implement control improvement opportunities and create and maintain key processes documentation
Where assigned, prioritize, investigate and assign follow-up to customer complaints to ensure effective resolution
Maintain documentation to support quality management processes using the document management system
Support program management with quality-related reporting, analysis and improvement activities
Assist with promoting quality and continuous improvement throughout the organization

3+ years of quality audit or quality control / assurance experience
Qualifies for membership in American Society for Quality (ASQ)
Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards
Understands Total Quality Management principles, practices, techniques and theories
Intermediate Microsoft Office Suite skills

Living in Wisconsin or Minnesota, with ease of travel to office location a few times a year if needed
American Society for Quality professional certification
Some formal training of Lean and/or Six Sigma fundamentals
SharePoint knowledge regarding maintaining customer application pages and page templates
Statistical analysis tools
Experience with SharePoint 2010
Demonstrated ability to communicate professionally and clearly to internal or external customers via phone, email, and other written documents
Ability to deliver fair, balanced presentation of facts and, when applicable, facilitate resolution of differing opinions
Ability to organize and prioritize assigned tasks and effectively deliver in accordance with established goals and deadlines
Ability to adapt to other personalities in a respectful manner conducive to goal achievement and team building

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $64,800 to $116,000.
