JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: As a Program Coordinator I- Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging- MCW Cancer Center, you will work closely with Program Manager or Program Director to coordinate the daily administrative activities of the Office of Equity, Diversity, Inclusion, and Belonging (Office of EDIB) in the Medical College of Wisconsin Cancer Center (MCWCC). Provide support to the team to facilitate the achievement of the program\'s goals. Primary Functions Collaborate on the development of program materials for the Office of EDIB at the MCW Cancer Center, including educational materials, marketing materials, websites, forms, and reports focused on EDIB Work with program leaders to develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive databases and files related to the program. Maintain program timeline including tracking deadlines for program components. Monitor program budget. Organize internal and external meetings, site visits, and special events. Conduct or coordinate training for program participants. Collect, analyze, and disseminate program data. Report program data and progress to program stakeholders. Participate on appropriate committees relevant to the advancement of the program and the profession. Knowledge - Skills - Abilities Knowledge of computers, clerical procedures, customer service standards, collaboration, and information management. Organization, time management, interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. #LI-SN1 Preferred Schedule: M-F 8:00a-4:30p (hybrid) Position Requirements: Specifications Appropriate experience may be substituted for education on an equivalent basis Minimum Required Education: Bachelor\'s degree Minimum Required Experience: 2 years Preferred Experience: Experience with health equity and/or EDIB-related programming, particularly in the health, cancer, social sciences, or public health field.
