JOB REQUIREMENTS: Duties This is a non-bargaining unit position. The initial application review cut-off for this job announcement is 300 applications. Major Duties: Review small business program and contract bundling packages ensuring that appropriate efforts were made to maximize small businesses\' participation in the acquisition. Provide procurement advice and assistance to contracting officers and/or others on contract or small business procurement policies, problems, or issues. Apply analytical and evaluative methods and techniques to planning, conducting, and documenting a variety of studies and reports, including findings, conclusions, recommendations and follow-up. Serve as an advisor to contracting teams and acquisition review boards. Assess businesses for their focus, capabilities, and production capacities. Assist the acquisition team with market research, which helps ensure the most comprehensive opportunities for small businesses.
