SOLENIS LLC Process Project Engineer in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: We are offering a exciting opportunity for you to work in Solenis as a Process Engineer were you will provide technical assistance in process improvements studies as required to support plant productivity, quality, and EHS initiatives. In addition to other but not limited responsibilities include: Develop and maintain capital budget. Safe, on-time, on-budget execution of capital projects. Responsible for the plant Mechanical Integrity program. Provide interface between the plant and central engineering group for large capital projects Provide interface between the plant and Corporate automatic control group to resolve any DCS issues, Provide leadership and participation on plant teams to improve productivity, quality, and reduce cost. Support all site team activities to achieve the common goal through active participation. Qualifications: Preferred: 5 years minimum industrial experience in chemical process environment. 3-5 years supervisory experience preferred Capital project management experience 3-5 years of Troublshooting/Hands-on Plant maintenance experience Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite, and SAP is a minimum. Process Safety Management (PSM) experience is highly desirable. Education: BS in Mechanical Engineering or BS in Chemical Engineering, or other applicable technical discipline, minimum. To safely execute plant\'s Capital Projects, Mechanical Integrity programs, Management of Change, Process Hazard Study, and Facilities assets. To be the owner of all engineering documentations. To be the advocate of following Corporate Engineering standards. To be the liaison of maintaining plant\'s DCS system.
