JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description JOB TITLE: Payroll Specialist FLSA STATUS: Hourly/Overtime eligible Wage Grid: Accounting & Payroll Specialist JOB LOCATION: Administration / Finance and Accounting PRIMARY FUNCTION: Responsible for assisting with duties in Finance and Accounting Department. PRIMARY DUTIES: Legend: E = Essential NE = Non Essential N/A = Not Applicable Analyze, prepare, and process payroll including entering related data into applicable software such as Paylocity, Nova Time, B-Swift, reconciling timesheet entries, tracking time off, organizing payroll and accounting files, etc.). E Assist and provide back-up and support for the department as needed. E Create, maintain, and update information files and records such as AP vendor files, employee payroll files, and general department records, etc.). E Ensure all work is accurate and follows all department and general accounting standards. E Attend meetings and professional development activities, as requested. E Establish and maintain good communication, collaboration, and cooperation with all vendors, co-workers, and clients. E Follow all duties of a mandated reporter.
