JOB REQUIREMENTS: Perform necessary pre-operation activities to ensure proper equipment startup and operation on multiple pieces of equipment Operate/monitor multiple pieces of equipment during operation to ensure quality production and minimal unplanned stops Ability to work in a moderate to fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environment Housekeeping and sanitation Working Knowledge of Packaging Equipment or similar equipment. Understanding of production procedures and environment. Adhere to our Safety and Health Regulations. Ability to read specification. Ability to trouble shoot (analytical skills) Attach identification labels to finished packaged items, or cut stencils and stencil information on containers, such as lot numbers or shipping destinations. Remove finished packaged items from machine and separate rejected items.
