Job Overview The Operator Trainer is responsible for the following but not limited and will focus on the Drill products; Assists the development of course content for the relevant P&H brand Mining Products/Systems i.e., Electrical, or Mechanical or Pneumatic or Operation. This will include developing objectives, competencies, lesson plans, instructor guides, assessments, and training materials. Follow traditional design processes, such as ADDIE. Assists in developing manuals as required Assists in testing the Drills products as the focused product line but may assist with others products as needed. Key Job Responsibilities Develops, PowerPoint presentations, eLearning training modules, that will be used by global trainers in the instruction of customers and field service personnel worldwide. Assists in developing, establishing hands on training, through lab usage for both in-house and field courses. Participates as needed in personal job training to ensure and deliver relevant course content for the students. Establishes a coordinated communication network for the purpose of gathering relevant updated course content.
