ECP Marketing Specialist in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

ECP is a market-leading SaaS software solution that enables senior living communities to better care for their residents. ECP is used in over 7,500 communities around the world. We're looking to further expand by increasing the number of customers that use our software and increasing the scope of how we serve our customers by developing and releasing new products.

ECP is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our growing Marketing team. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in building our brand, driving our pipeline, and supporting our Marketing team with various tasks.

Some projects will include developing content for our website, running email campaigns, managing social media, and writing engaging blog posts, plus other forms of written content all while keeping SEO in mind. This is an ideal role for someone who has excellent writing skills, project management abilities, and an eye for detail.

We are hoping to find a local candidate in the greater Milwaukee area who is open to being in office 1-2 days a week.

Key Objectives:

  • Find opportunities to improve ECP’s brand awareness, track the success of initiatives by monitoring traffic to our website, lead generation, and other metrics to measure engagement with our brand.

  • Create content pieces that appeal to our audience, attract customers, boost our brand awareness, and drive leads.

  • Collaborate with other departments to create necessary marketing and advertising content.

  • Monitor current trends to develop effective outbound and inbound marketing campaigns for the company.

  • Understand competitive landscape and target marketing efforts based on customer personas.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Creative and Marketing on miscellaneous team projects

  • Manage administration of CRM (HubSpot)

  • Collaborate with team members to optimize automation and lead-nurturing process through email, content, events, and social channels

  • Assist marketing manager in the development and execution of campaigns, including content creation, blogs, social media, upselling, cross-selling, and sales enablement

  • Assist creative director with projects related to social media and blogs using creative Adobe suite

  • Assist in outbound or inbound marketing activities, (content development and optimization, advertising, etc.)

  • Use CRM/CMS and Google Analytics to monitor content performance

  • Promote content pieces and pitch articles to third-party platforms effectively

  • Utilize SEO best practices to generate traffic to our website

  • Use HubSpot tools to build campaigns / asset profile for campaigns

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in relevant field preferred

  • Proven experience as marketing specialist or similar role

  • Understanding of digital marketing strategies including SEO, email marketing, Social Media, and web analytics

  • Solid computer skills, including marketing software (Adobe Creative Suite & HubSpot CRM) and applications (Web analytics, Google Adwords etc.)

  • Ability to handle tight deadline and shifting priorities

  • Strong time management and navigating multiple projects and tasks

  • Ability to work autonomously

  • A keen eye on details

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
