JOB REQUIREMENTS: This is an exciting opportunity for a dynamic DevOps leader to utilize creative problem-solving skills that will drive efficiency and improve processes, practices, and initiatives for the R&D DevOps space at Dematic. This person will work with one or more squads, to provide Infrastructure as a service, and platform support, to various engineering and other stakeholders in the organization. This position will serve as a technical Hands-on DevOps Manager, utilizing experience to identify, create, and deliver innovative and pragmatic solutions, while implementing processes and procedures to address business needs. Lead Dematic DevOps community supporting projects with design, planning, and implementation of automation solutions and capabilities around continuous integration and delivery. Own end-to-end responsibility for understanding, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines Lead cloud deployment architecture initiatives while collaborating with engineering, architecture board, cloud governance, and other teams, to help mature the adoption of Cloud Platform for Dematic products. Develop, and evolve DevOps, and DevSecOps tools, processes, and talent, collaborating closely with infrastructure team, software development, security, and external providers. Mentor, coach, and evaluate direct reports performance and provide constructive feedback.. May assist in live site support and incident resolution.
