MPE Inc. Maintenance Technician in Milwaukee, Wisconsin

Maintenance Technician- First Shift- $25-$30, depending on experience

As a Maintenance Technician you will:

  • Perform preventive maintenance based on machinery operating and maintenance manuals.

  • Ensure machinery is operating normally and all manufacturer installed safety devices are intact and functioning properly.

  • Respond to requests from department managers, supervisors and operators of machine breakdowns, operating irregularities and all other issues.

  • Perform snowplowing, salting and office walkway clearing in winter months, and grass mowing and landscaping in the summer months.

  • Perform infrastructure maintenance based on scheduled pm intervals.

Shifts

6:00am-2:30pm (Flexible), Monday-Friday

Qualifications

  • Valid Driver’s license and ability to pass insurance company requirements for driving plow trucks

  • Experience with hand tools and mechanically inclined

  • Read and comprehend service manuals

  • Checking and diagnose low voltage control and power supply circuits

  • At least three years of preventative and reactive maintenance on Press Brakes, Laser/Turrets, and/or paintline
