As a Learning and Development Specialist III, you will function as a learning and leadership development specialist, university consultant, and implementor. The Learning and Development Specialist designs and delivers effective education, training, and continuous learning programs aligned to MCW strategies and responsive to the needs of faculty, staff, and other MCW learners. Act as a mentor for instructors and trainers across MCW, including MCW inclusion groups and the Office of Diversity and Inclusion. Responsibilities: Function as a learning and leadership development specialist, university consultant, and implementor.
