JOB REQUIREMENTS: Labor Workforce Program Leader HR Technology - WD35892 DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES: What you will do Primary responsibility of the Labor Workforce Program Management HR Technology role will be to act as the liaison between Operations, Finance, and IT for all labor workforce HR technology needs. The role will involve collaborating with key stakeholders to develop a program roadmap and improve support and implementation of projects to serve the Clarios labor workforce population. This will be done in conjunction with existing HR technology governance principles and processes. This position will partner with other functional and business leaders to align the master data, KPI\'s and outcomes that lead to the optimization of labor and the delivery of integrated solutions that reduce manual processes, automate controls, and build on best practices in the Workforce Management field.
