Your Role: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Supply Chain Performance and Strategic Projects to lead our efforts in optimizing Life Science Services (LSS) supply chain processes through advanced analytics, performance management, and leadership of strategic supply chain projects. This role is critical in supporting and harmonizing our strategic objectives by enhancing operational efficiencies, improving service levels, and reducing costs. You will provide stakeholders with high quality, accurate, timely data, and reports to enable informed business decisions and assist in supply chain design, harmonized reporting, and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a strategic vision for harnessing data analytics in supply chain management. Align LSS supply chain strategy to overall company initiatives surrounding analytics, seek and leverage synergies. * Analytics Implementation: Lead the deployment of analytics tools and platforms that enhance supply chain visibility and decision-making. Support Integrated Business Management (IBM) and Sales and Operations Execution (S&OE) processes and analysis. * Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and benchmarks for supply chain efficiency, effectiveness, and sustainability. Use data and systems to identify trends, develop business insights, and optimize processes - reduce costs, create improved business strategies, and improve the efficiency of supply chain operations through data collection and analysis. * Global Strategic Project Management: Develop, support, and deliver multiple global strategic project management initiatives related to supply chain optimization, performance enhancement, and value creation across diverse geographical regions and business units. * Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with LSS End-to-End Supply Chain team, IT, finance, and operational teams to align LSS supply chain strategies and vision with corporate objectives. Use interpersonal collaboration and problem-solving skills, to gather information and data from different systems, departments, and internal partners (locally and globally), to develop projects which identify and execute improvements to supply chain efficiency and execution. * Innovation and Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives by leveraging data insights and industry best practices. * Technology: Establish and harmonize reporting across a dynamic ERP landscape, ensuring and improving data connections leveraging site specific software. * Reporting: Provide regular reports and insights on supply chain performance and strategic recommendations. This position offers flexibility in location, allowing for remote or onsite work. Who You Are: Minimum Qualifications * Bachelor\'s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field. Master\'s degree, CPIM/CSCP certificate preferred. * Minimum of 10 years in supply chain management. 5 years in a leadership role focused on analytics or performance management preferred.
