Job Description Position Summary Rockwell Automation is looking for a GRC analyst who will implement information management systems across a diverse range of products and business operations. You will participate in efforts to establish and test cybersecurity controls, create ISMS documentation such as policies, procedures and metrics. You will also work on risk assessment, analysis and evaluations and communicate with multiple internal and external auditors. Your will work with external auditors to deliver compliance certifications and attestations. Your Responsibilities: Align organizational strategies by contributing information, analysis, and recommendations and establish functional goals following organizational security objectives. Establish strategies to align global and regional regulations and other relevant compliance requirements. Align business operations with security and other related compliance frameworks and control standards. Design and monitors control systems to identify and remediate non-conformance with compliance requirements and internal policies. Assess the efficacy of controls, recommend remediation steps and drive continuous improvement. Stay up to date on our core business/mission processes. The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor\'s Degree or equivalent years of relevant work experience Legal authorization to work in the US is required. The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Typically requires a minimum of 0+ years experience in a security, defense, or intelligence aligned role. Experience within Information Security, in a highly regulated business or defense sector, with proven ability to manage conflict, provide leadership, organize, and make decisions.
