JOB REQUIREMENTS: Execute precise removal of old flooring materials following completion of drywall installation and painting. Utilize appropriate tools and techniques to minimize dust and debris, maintaining cleanliness and safety on-site. Dispose of old flooring materials in accordance with local regulations and environmental guidelines. Inspect subfloor surfaces for damage or irregularities, addressing any issues promptly to ensure a smooth and stable base for the installation of new flooring materials. Make necessary repairs or adjustments to subflooring as needed, coordinating with other trades to maintain project schedule and quality standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization on-site throughout the flooring preparation phase. Assist with loading and unloading equipment and materials as needed, ensuring efficient utilization of resources. ***** OTHER EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS: We are seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Demo Team Flooring Specialist to join our team.
