Job Summary: As a Disassembly Technician at Talgo Inc., you\'ll play a crucial role in ensuring the safe and efficient disassembly of various equipment, machinery, and trains. Your attention to detail and technical skills will contribute to our commitment to quality and excellence. Key Responsibilities: Equipment Disassembly: Safely disassemble and inspect vehicles, machinery, or components. Hidden Damage Assessment: Assess vehicles for additional or hidden damage during disassembly. Part Removal: Remove damaged parts systematically. Quality Inspection: Inspect parts for quality, functionality, and usability. Inventory Management: Label, sort, and store parts for future use, resale, or disposal. Heavy Equipment Handling: Operate heavy machinery (such as cranes and forklifts) to move and transport large or heavy parts. Tool Maintenance: Maintain tools and equipment, promptly reporting any issues. Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of inventory and parts. Safety Adherence: Follow safety guidelines and regulations. Qualifications: Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Experience: Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in manufacturing or automotive industries. Technical Skills: Knowledge of hand and power tools.
