JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Summary: Regal Rexnord is seeking a Regional Sales Director working in our Conveyance Solutions Business who will be responsible for leading and driving sales growth of our Conveyor systems, chain and accessory products in their assigned region. This role will lead a highly focused team of Sales Professionals that specialize in selling to OEM\'s, Strategic End Users and managing Distribution in their assigned territory. The Regional Sales Director is responsible for building a high performing sales organization, defining the regional growth strategy, and executing that strategy to expand market share and achieve their annual sales goals. Major Responsibilities: Develop and build a high performing sales organization that includes sales professionals skilled at selling to OEM\'s and strategic end users as well as indirectly managing distribution partners. Define the market coverage strategy that enables Regal Rexnord to best serve our existing and new target customers. This coverage strategy will include a mix of direct sales, internal partners, and distribution partners. Lead the development and execution of the overall growth strategy that secures our existing business and delivers new business from target customers. Create and maintain solid professional relationships with key customers and partners across the industry. Lead successful customer negotiations in developing commercial agreements that maximize competitive positioning and profitable sales. Develop and maintain a strong understanding of key market trends - including emerging regulations, customer preferences, growth segments, and competitive dynamics to enable market outgrowth. Key functional lead and contributor to overall business strategy along with marketing, engineering, customer service, and SIOP. Lead talent and capability development and staffing decisions within the sales function. Lead performance measurement and variable compensation communication and administration. Create and drive a vision that ensures ongoing sense of focus, direction and urgency throughout the sales team.
