Our customers include small to large corporations, institutions, government agencies and consumers across North America. Key Responsibilities Supervising and directing Product Managers. Work with Product Managers to identify product offering gaps and identifying manufacturers that fill identified product gaps. Responsible for competitor assessments, field research, market research determining promotional requirements, and development of the marketing project plan. Manage competitive intelligence across each product line (trends, growth, disruptors etc.) Define and determine customer needs, experience and expectations through primary and secondary research on a single and multi product basis working closely with the Product Manager. Develop an integrated communication plan across the product lifecycle for each product. Define and evolve the product marketing methodology to ensure best practices are incorporated across function throughout the footprint. Achieves financial objectives by preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions. Competencies and skills MBA Degree required. 7+ years experience in strategic development, positioning and marketing experience. 5+ years experience with Internet Advertising and Marketing. Ability to identify shifts and emerging trends in marketplace, as well as ability to monitor performance against objectives.
