JOB REQUIREMENTS: Description Job Summary for Deposit Systems Representative position: This role is responsible for the daily monthly and quarterly departmental tasks. This role is also responsible for the implementation, testing of all upgrades and enhancements to assigned retail banking systems. Duties and responsibilities for Deposit Systems Representative position: Responsible for customer and account related changes on the core processing system and related systems. Responsible for preparing the required documentation, working with management to schedule the upgrades and enhancements for our Online Account Creation and Teller Platform Systems. Sets report criteria for system reports for monitoring procedures, measurements, and testing including refreshing related reports with data from the core processing system. Calculates and performs weekly Deposit interest rate changes, updates rate sheets and Online Account Creation disclosures. Performs testing of department procedures, new products and systems Troubleshoots all tickets submitted in the Retail Ticket System escalating to 3rd party providers when necessary Assist in building new products and/or services in the appropriate systems Other duties as assigned. Qualifications for Deposit Systems Representative position: Required 1 year experience in bank deposit operations or comparable experience or 2 years personal banking experience.
