About the role: This role is to define, design, develop, implement, and maintain the data assets and infrastructure used across the enterprise. They will help lead progress of data standards, integration and quality initiates, storage, integration, and performance of data stores both for application and analytics purposes. They will direct research and development in support of business cases, proposed projects, and system requirements over the course of the software development lifecycle. They will apply proven analytical and problem-solving skills to help CLA take advantage of its data assessment to maximize CLA\'s analysis and insight capabilities. As a Data Engineering Manager, you will: * Strategy & Planning: Collaborates with business teams to create roadmaps of strategic initiatives and data related requirements.
