The role requires a driven individual who is experienced in developing, managing, and scaling MRO programs with the ability to drive strategic relationships. The MRO Category Manager will be a primary point of supply chain leadership for Regal Rexnord facilities and a critical leader within the corporate supply chain team. In concert with the supply chain organization, this key role will be responsible for providing comprehensive sourcing leadership of the MRO categories and support to Regal Rexnord\'s Business Segments and Operations with primary focus on cost management, strategic sourcing, and supplier relationship management. This key role will work closely with the global supply chain teams, segment, Plant Management, Plant technicians, Maintenance personnel, corporate leaders in the development of strategic plans and actions, while proactively engaged in supporting projects to assure attainment of agreed upon performance across Regal Rexnord. This position partners in the establishment and deployment of standard processes, policies and procedures, taking the necessary steps to assure compliance.
