Seven years of experience in civil litigation, criminal trial, or courtroom/oral advocacy experience which includes which includes three years professional level experience in 42 U.S.C. * 1983 civil rights defense. Assistant City Attorney V Graduation from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association. Licensed to practice law in the State of Wisconsin at time of appointment. Nine years of experience in civil litigation, criminal trial, or courtroom/oral advocacy experience which includes three years professional level experience in 42 U.S.C. * 1983 civil rights defense.
