MARQUETTE UNIVERSITY AI Instructor for Chinese Summer Camp in MILWAUKEE, Wisconsin

JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Overview Marquette University STARTALK summer camp is seeking an instructor to teach (in English) the basics of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in the context of Chinese language and culture to high school and university students. By the end of the camp, students should be able to incorporate some knowledge of AI in their course projects. The instructor will be teaching in person at Marquette University in June 2024. For STARTALK Programs, anyone receiving a salary from the grant must be a US Citizen or permanent resident admitted to the U.S. for permanent residence. Duties and Responsibilities 1. Demonstrate enthusiasm, patience, and dedication to inspiring the participating students. 2. Ensure that students are engaged during the class. 3. Design the syllabus, maintain student records, work closely with the camp organizers regarding students\' progress in the course. 4. Perform other duties and responsibilities as required, assigned, or requested.
