JOB REQUIREMENTS: Position Description: As a part timeAdministrative Assistant Sr in Radiology you will perform routine and advanced administrative duties requiring considerable skill and in-depth knowledge of organizational policies and procedures for Breast Imaging, under general direction. Primary Functions Coordinate procedure schedule (and schedule changes, to include cancellations) with breast imaging radiologists in EPIC. Scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries and related arrangements for faculty recruitment. Proofread and format documents to ensure accuracy, which includes the CME process for faculty. Anticipate and initiate action regarding administrative functions while coordinating projects. Compose correspondence as needed, which may contain confidential information. Use complex functions of a variety of computer applications and templates, such as the Faculty Collaborative Database for the promotion process and updating CVs, as well as extensive use of Radiology\'s Faculty Portal to assist in the Emerge process for our faculty\'s annual meetings with their Section Chief. Screen telephone calls and visitors to resolve complex inquiries. Compile data and information from multiple sources to prepare reports. Assist in process payment requests, requisitions, and invoices. Distribute mail and organize filing systems accurately maintaining records. Opportunity to job share with intent to become full time.
