Are you ready to challenge yourself in a new environment and have a real impact?

As the Product Manager for our Gloves portfolio, you will be given the autonomy to lead the implementation and development throughout UK&I by maximising Mölnlycke’s engagement and messaging reach across the healthcare market.

To succeed in your new position, you will take the lead in the following areas:

  • Proactively contributing to marketing campaigns through multiple channels including partnering with external agencies

  • Becoming the portfolio expert and ‘go to person’ for all product, technical and price related queries

  • Develop KOL engagement to understand product feedback and ensure brand advocacy

  • Leading the launch of new products from strategic planning to delivery and taking charge of relevant industry events

  • Daily stock management, forecasting and identification of opportunities or threats within the portfolio

  • Inspire the sales team to deliver key communication and drive the marketing strategy into a competitive environment

  • Work with the Marketing Manager to develop the annual investment plans and efficient resource allocation

    What you’ll get

    What you’ll need

  • Experience developing marketing strategies within consumable surgical products

  • Prior work within the public NHS and private healthcare industry

  • Strong exposure to relevant industry Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs)

  • Degree qualified in relevant field and/or Marketing Qualification

  • Superb grasp of English language, both written and verbal

  • Confident and dynamic personality with a strong creative outlook
