Capital City Club Brookhaven is a private club located in Atlanta. Home to a beautiful 18-hole golf course.

We are currently looking for enthusiastic, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join the Capital City team in our Men’s Grill; we offer a competitive hourly wage, free parking, free uniform, holiday and vacation pay, free meals, opportunities for career development but best of all a fun and supportive workplace!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Stocks the bar daily and maintains organization and cleanliness. Prepares garnishes, fruit mixes, and pre-mixed drinks before opening the bar.

  • Prepares and serves alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with accuracy and efficiency, upholding Club standards and adhering to recipes.

  • Works in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with minimal supervision.

  • Attends all staff meetings, including pre-shift sessions and training as required.

  • Continually practices beverage and revenue control procedures.

  • Completes other appropriate work assignments as requested by supervisor.

  • Works closely with multiple teams and teammates to fulfill and exceed member expectations.

  • Provides excellent food and beverage service to members and guests, always ensuring satisfaction.

  • Maintains and displays complete and comprehensive knowledge of menus, including daily features and specials.

  • Follows daily opening and closing procedures, completes daily checklists and executes day-to-day operations relatively independently.

  • Becomes familiar with members' names and greets them, accordingly, providing a warm welcome that will make them feel right at home.

  • Assists fellow team members to provide unique, personalized service that cannot be found anywhere else!

    Requirements:

  • Minimum 18 years of age.

  • Excellent communication skills.  Ability to communicate satisfactorily with members, guests, managers, and coworkers.

  • Available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

  • Ability to understand, interpret, and input data.  Experience with food and beverage point-of-sale a plus.

  • Ability to lift at least 20 pounds unassisted.

  • Ability to perform job functions and assigned tasks with minimal supervision.

  • Ability to work both independently and cohesively as part of a team.

  • Attention to detail and a “go-getter” attitude.

    Salary:

    Servers: $18

    Bartenders: $20

    Additional benefits:

  • Eligible for additional compensation following a 90-day performance review.
