Summary

Under general supervision, the Assembly Operator performs various assembly processes and specialized technical duties in connection with assembly packages; materials inventory; reviewing specifications and other pertinent documents in compliance with all safety, quality and ITAR policies and procedures.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly tasks under microscope eight hours a day

  • Perform 2nd and 3rd optical visual inspection, die attach, wire bond, stud pull, wire dressing, wire pull, Shear pull, Flip chip, Re-flow, Incoming / Outgoing Inspections, wafer wash, Dicing & Pick & place

  • Understand the specifications and criteria on all the processes

  • Know how to use Microsoft word, excel & power point

  • Willing to be trained to operate assembly equipment

  • Review Assembly specifications to ensure all the protocol(s) are correct

  • Comply with all safety policies, practices and procedures

    • Comply wilt all quality and ITAR policies, practices and procedures

    • Build meaningful and productive relationships with business partners (e.g. Operations, Sales Communications, IT, Technical Development and Engineering)

    • Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.

    • Contribute to building a positive team spirit

    • Communicate effectively with all levels of employees

    • Protect confidential information by not communicating, disclosing to, or using for benefit of 3rd parties

    • Maintain the highest degree of honesty and integrity at all times

    • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

Job Qualifications:

  • Comfortable with microscope visual inspection

  • Comprehension of incoming and outgoing product processes

  • Must be a citizen or green card holder of the US (due to export control/trusted supplier rules)
