Full Job Description

The Mowing Crew Leader is responsible for managing a crew of individuals to mow, trim and cleanup lawns at residential and commercial properties.This position must coordinate with the Maintenance Manager and Landscape design team to ensure all aspects of the project are completed.

Responsibilities

  • Have a positive attitude
  • Mange and organizeemployees to ensure they are working efficiently
  • Meet the client on job sites.
  • Monitor quality of work by inspecting the job at the end of each day
  • Maintain assigned vehicle and/or equipment in good working order
