Our company is seeking a dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team and help maintain our facilities in top condition. In this role, you will be responsible for performing routine and non-routine maintenance tasks, ensuring the smooth operation of our building systems, and providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers.

Responsibilities

  • Perform routine and non-routine maintenance tasks in electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, landscaping, groundskeeping, roadways, structures, automotive, and irrigation systems
  • Identify, anticipate, and prevent problems in facility infrastructure using your experience and expertise
  • Inspect equipment for proper operating condition and complete all necessary documentation
  • Troubleshoot issues and determine necessary repairs
  • Collaborate with the department to plan repair work using building blueprints or equipment manuals as needed
  • Perform general repairs that do not require a specialized technician
  • Assist with the cleaning and upkeep of facilities
  • Provide excellent customer service and professionalism to all internal and external customers, including company personnel, customers, and vendors
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
