Join our team as a Hardscape Crew Member and contribute to creating stunning landscapes that enhance the beauty of residential and commercial properties. In this role, you will construct and install various hardscape elements, working closely with our team to bring our clients\' visions to life.

Responsibilities

  • Operate equipment such as skid steers, excavators, backhoes, and front end loaders safely and efficiently.
  • Work in collaboration with the Crew Leader and team members to complete high-quality hardscape projects in a timely manner.
  • Prepare areas for the installation of hardscape projects.
  • Install various hardscape elements including natural stone, pavers, wall block, and more.
  • Maintain a clean work environment by collecting and discarding waste materials post-installation.
  • Adhere to all company standards, requirements, and safety regulations.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
