As a Maintenance Associate, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our Garden Center, ensuring a pleasant experience for our customers.
Responsibilities
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Garden Center, including walkways, parking lot, and container courtyard
- Ensure accurate pricing and labeling of fountains, statues, and other products
- Assist in unloading and loading delivery trucks, and moving products to designated areas
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as removing weeds, broken branches, and dead plants
- Keep equipment and carts in good working condition
- Build and maintain product displays, ensuring an attractive presentation
- Assist customers with loading purchases into their vehicles
- Support all Garden Center departments with daily tasks and projects during slow periods
