The Containers Crew Member will be responsible for installing plant material in containers, courtyards, and other areas for our residential and commercial customers, as well as performing other general plant maintenance duties.
Role and Responsibilities
- checks, prepares and loads assigned vehicle with plant materials and tools needed for daily work assignments
- operates a variety of equipment such as spade, rake and other related equipment to complete daily assignments
- clean plant containers, courtyardsand surrounding areas by collecting and discarding lawn debris, weeds, litter, and other waste materials
- applies fertilizers, herbicides, or insecticides onto flowerbeds and plant containers by spraying or spreading
- fill pots and other related plant containers with soil
- installs new plant and flower materials and specialty features such as holiday decorations and signs
- performs other duties as assigned
