Job Description: This position manages the product and connected service offerings for Genie Digital Transformation team, supporting new and existing product offerings, and providing excellent support to our customers. Specifically, the candidate must: Understand markets, customers, and economics for their product line, to fully develop quality and profitable products. Fully support the AWP sales department regarding products, product performance, markets, pricing, and competition. Demonstrate excellent information processing and communications skills (written, verbal, and presentation) Fully understand and embrace the short and long term vision of Genie. Fully understand Genie's multi-functional business and work as a team member with all functional areas of the company. Additional Responsibilities: Drives the execution of strategic product and service plans through extensive knowledge and research of customer needs, market trends, customer/market segmentation, distribution channel characteristics, target market size, external environmental and economic trends, and financial analysis. Develop commercial strategies for data, platforms and services related to Genie's connected services portfolio. Define the Short to Long-term strategy for product, platform, and service evolution of Telematics and Connected Services. Develop strategic partnerships with vendors supporting the strategy roadmap. Identifies and implements new product offerings with a focus on brand (Genie, Lift Connect), Price, and Sales Channel (New Machine, PDI, Aftermarket / Retrofit) Coaches, influences and educates others as to the business aspects of their product and market responsibilities. Leads development of sales and marketing plans & product introduction activities to improve image and drive volume Performs other duties as assigned that support the overall objective of the position and the Enterprise. Suggests pricing strategies, analyze new business ventures, and assist key customers with marketing information and strategies.
