Job Description: Position Title: Category Manager, Electronics Contract MFG Location: Bothell Reporting to: Category Director On-Site/Hybrid/Remote:Remote/Hybrid Travel Required:Up to 50% We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Professional to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to manage contract manufacturing, with a focus on demand management and integrated circuit (IC) component lifecycle management. The candidate will have a close working relationship with the manufacturer and will travel to the manufacturer's site as necessary. The successful candidate will have intimate knowledge of IC component lifecycle management and experience working with Silicon Expert. The candidate will work closely with engineering to specify IC components that will be readily available in multiple continents. Main Duties and Responsibilities Manage the contract manufacturing process, including demand management, supplier selection, and contract negotiation. Develop and maintain relationships with contract manufacturers to ensure quality, cost, and delivery requirements are met. Monitor contract manufacturer performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement. Maintain intimate knowledge of IC component lifecycle management and work with engineering to specify IC components that will be readily available in multiple continents. Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure all procurement activities are aligned with business objectives. Provide technical support to the procurement team and other departments as needed. Position covers Bothell, WA and Moses Lake, WA. Required Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on contract manufacturing Intimate knowledge of IC component lifecycle management Excellent communication skills, written and spoken Must be willing to travel as required (up to 50%) A general knowledge of Health, Safety, and Environmental regulations Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Electronics Engineering Degree Experience working with Silicon Expert is highly preferred Strong negotiation and communication skill Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Knowledge of procurement processes, sourcing strategies, and supply chain best practice Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems The compensation range for this position is $101,700 - $124,300 salaried/annual.
