Position: Practice Manager Job Description: Under the direct supervision of the Director of Operations, Milford Regional Physician Group's Office Managers are responsible for managing the clerical and clinical staff and patient schedules to ensure quality patient care and satisfaction at multiple practice locations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

  • Manage daily operations, including scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.

  • Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff to optimize practice performance.

  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork and growth.

  • Develop and implement strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and clinical outcomes.

  • Manage multiple budgets

    Qualifications and Experience:

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent, College degree preferred

  • Experience: Three years of proven experience working within a medical practice required. Prior supervisory/ management experience strongly preferred.

  • Experience in medical and/or orgical specialty offices stronly preferred
