Il/la candidato/a svolgerà le seguenti attività:
Attività telefonica inbound gestione problematiche dei clienti
Attività di gestione casella di posta dedicata alla clientela
Liquidazione pratiche di rimborso
Gestione in back office e controllo dei documenti relativi
I requisiti del candidato:
Buona conoscenza lingua inglese minimo B2
Diploma o Laurea
Pragmatismo e orientamento al risultato
Capacità di lavorare in un team
Volontà di apprendere e accettare nuove sfide
L'orario di lavoro: Full Time.
