Description and Requirements

Lenovo is seeking a dynamic Programmatic Manager to join our Media COE team (Center of Excellence) in EMEA.

As a Programmatic Manager, you will directly report to the Media COE Director, playing a crucial role in guiding and optimizing the Programmatic Strategy. You will also collaborate closely with our marketing leaders, digital vendors, and agencies to craft and execute successful campaigns that will make the company stand out in the media buy scenario. You will oversee the delivery of best-in-class programmatic advertising campaigns for our B2B and B2C businesses. In addition, you will coordinate the media tech stack progress across platforms and media capabilities, making internal process and tool propositions robust and consistent.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing Programmatic Advertising Strategies : Designing and implementing programmatic advertising strategies within the EMEA Market.

  • Campaign Planning : Collaborating with agencies and internal teams (marketing and sales), to plan and execute programmatic advertising campaigns. This includes defining campaign objectives, selecting proper ad formats and placements, and setting KPIs for measurement.

  • Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyzing campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for optimization.

  • Audience Targeting and Segmentation : Leveraging first-party and cookieless media audience segments for targeted advertising.

  • Staying Current with Industry Trends : Keeping abreast of industry developments, emerging technologies, and best practices in programmatic advertising.

  • Managing Relationships with Partners and Vendors : Building relationships with programmatic advertising platforms, technology vendors, and data providers.

  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborating with cross-functional teams across different countries within EMEA, sharing best practices, aligning campaign strategies, and driving overall business objectives.

Requirements:

  • +10 years of experience in digital advertising.

  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

  • Good communication skills and ability to deliver presentations in English.

  • Excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and ability to work independently.

  • Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-moving environment, work under pressure, and prioritise workload.

  • Complete expertise and previous experiences with leading technology platforms (DPS, SSP, DMP and Ad Form).

  • Strong analytical skills, including the ability to analyze campaign performances and suggest next steps and strategic guidance for future activations.

  • Previous experience in managing Campaign taxonomy aligning different countries across agencies.

  • Strong experience in Direct and Programmatic campaigns on leading platforms (Amazon, Twitch, DV360, Teads, Spotify, Adform).

  • Previous experience in managing relations with both digital vendors and agencies.
