JOB SCOPE AND MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

The Talent Management Intern will support the Talent Management Department in various aspects of the performance management process, talent mapping, talent discussions, succession plans, and internal mobility initiatives within our organization.

He/she will be a touchpoint for HR community to guarantee the proper implementation of projects and initiatives under the accountabilities of Talent Management team.

Moreover, since the environment of Talent Management is going to become more and more digital, the intern will be involved in critically collecting specific input on system user experience, to ensure process output can feed properly all critical HR sub-processes and the related KPIs.

AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES AND RELATED ACTIVITIES:

  • Assist Talent Management team in the coordination and administration of talent management processes (performance management, talent mapping, talent discussions and succession planning)

  • Support the Talent Management team in designing and deploying Career development projects and initiatives

  • Run and implement Change Management plan to boost the adoption of designed projects/initiatives

  • Collaborate with Talent Partners, Centers of Competence, Talent Analytics team, HRBPs in order to collect needs in terms of processes, systems and related reporting

  • Understand reasons behind deviations and suggest improvements in internal processes

INTERNAL: Talent Partners, HRBPs, Talent Development team, HRIS team, Talent Analytics team, Leonardo Internal University, C&B team, Organization team

EXTERNAL: any consulting firm involved in the process/project

TECHNICAL SKILLS - PORTRAIT OF A PERFECT CANDIDATE:

  • Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field

  • Strong problem solving skills

  • Analytical thinking and detailed oriented approach

  • Ability to summarize information

  • Proactive approach

  • Broad vision: ability to understand problems sources and their interconnections as well as consequences of the undertaken actions

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools required (familiarity with HR Management Systems will be a plus)
