  • Monday-Friday: 7:00 am - 3:30 pm (with overtime on Saturday/Sunday: 5:00 am - 1:30 pm or 7:00 am - 3:30 pm, may vary based on client demands)

Position Overview: The Assembly Worker at a stamping plant plays a crucial role in efficiently assembling metal components produced through the stamping process for Chrysler, General Motors, and Jeep. This role involves teamwork, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to the overall production process.

Skills:

  • Assemble and inspect metal components.
  • Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery for assembly tasks.
  • Inspect components and finished products for defects, ensuring they meet required specifications and quality standards.
  • Identify and report issues or discrepancies to supervisors.
  • Prepare workstations with necessary tools, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members and supervisors for efficient production.
