Per la nuova realtà Hitrac Engineering Group di CBRE GWS ricerchiamo candidature da assumere per il ruolo di Construction Coordinator sull'area di Milano.

Il Construction Coordinator può essere referente del progetto dedicato ad uno specifico cantiere, supervisiona che le attività pianificate siano eseguite nei tempi e nelle modalità previste dal progetto.

Monitora i costi e supervisiona i fornitori ingaggiati, coordina la squadra dedicata ai lavori e si confronta costantemente con il Construction Project Manager.

Nello specifico il Construction Coordinator ha le seguenti responsabilità:

  • Supporta il Construction Project Manager nella preventivazione e consuntivazione con valutazioni tecniche ed economiche di attività richieste sugli impianti

  • Monitora il cantiere (organizzazione e gestione del personale in cantiere, sopralluoghi, individuazione dei materiali da ordinare per organizzare le liste e gli ordini, gestione fornitori e sub-appaltatori),

  • Si assicura che siano state effettuate le verifiche in materia di sicurezza presso il cantiere con ruolo di preposto

  • Si relaziona con il cliente per le necessità previste dal cantiere

  • Si coordina con il Construction Project Manager per eventuali varianti sui cantieri a seguito di valutazioni tecniche dei progetti (esterni o sviluppati internamente dal project manager stesso)

  • Verifica/analisi stato avanzamento lavori

Le candidature idonee per il ruolo di Construction Coordinator dovranno possedere i seguenti requisiti:

  • Conoscenza degli impianti

  • Precedente esperienza nel coordinamento di cantieri

  • Esperienza nel ruolo di almeno 3 anni

  • Buone doti relazionali e di coordinamento

  • Propensione a lavorare per obiettivi ed in contesti complessi

  • Attitudine al lavoro di squadra

  • Buona conoscenza dell’ambiente office

  • Buon utilizzo di Primus

  • Utilizzo di Autocad

  • Patente B
