Per la nuova realtà Hitrac Engineering Group di CBRE GWS ricerchiamo candidature da assumere per il ruolo di Back Office sicurezza sull'area di Milano.

La figurasi occuperà, fra gli altri, dei seguenti principali task operativi:

  • Effettuare verifiche di idoneità tecnico-professionali (VITP) delle ditte subappaltatrici ai sensi di quanto indicato dal D.Lgs 81/2008 e s.m.i.;

  • Mantenere aggiornata la documentazione formativa del personale HITRAC (monitoraggio scadenze formazione obbligatoria e specialistica tramite aggiornamento del DB aziendale);

  • Effettuare il controllo degli accessi relativi al personale di cantiere;

  • Gestione portale dedicato accessi personali e mezzi.

Nello specifico, il Back Office sicurezza ha le seguenti responsabilità:

  • Esperienza pregressa in attività di VITP ditte subappaltatrici in ambito di lavori affidati in subappalto;

  • Diploma/Laurea triennale;

  • Buona capacità relazionali e di comunicazione;

  • Capacità a lavorare in gruppo/team;

  • Ottima padronanza del pacchetto Office;

  • Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
