CBRE GWS è alla ricerca di candidature da assumere per il ruolo di Energy and Sustainability Manager.

La risorsa si occuperà di supportare l’ implementazione di iniziative energetiche e di sostenibilità sia internamente che presso clienti.

Nello specifico l’ Energy and Sustainability Manager si occuperà di:

  • Supporto ai team operation, sviluppando tool per l’identificazione di opportunità di saving energetico

  • Energy management e monitoraggio dei consumi interni

  • Supporto al team Sales per la compilazione di questionari ESG

  • Supporto al team QHSE per il mantenimento delle certificazioni ambientali ed energetiche

  • Individuare inefficienze e soluzioni per l’ottimizzazione dei consumi attraverso la corretta regolazione, l’utilizzo appropriato e la manutenzione degli impianti.

  • Eseguire audit ambientali ed energetici sugli asset dei clienti

  • Fornire consulenza ai clienti in merito alle tematiche ESG

  • Contribuire alla diffusione di una cultura aziendale attenta ai temi energetici, ambientali e di sostenibilità

Le candidature idonee per il ruolo di Energy and Sustainability Manager dovranno possedere i seguenti requisiti:

  • Laurea specialistica o master preferibilmente in ambito ingegneristico (ingegneria energetica/meccanica)

  • Esperienza pregressa (2-3 anni) in ambito energetico

  • Conoscenza dei principali temi di decarbonizzazione e passione per la sostenibilità

  • Capacità di presentazione a Clienti e management sia in inglese che in italiano

  • Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office

  • Inglese fluente scritto e parlato

  • Curiosità e dinamicità

  • Eccellenti capacità di coordinamento e organizzative, capacità di coordinare il lavoro in autonomia

  • Disponibile per trasferte

  • Ottime capacità comunicative

  • Passione per gli aspetti ambientali, energetici e legati alla sostenibilità
