CBRE GWS ricerca tecnici elettricisti addetti alla manutenzione e al montaggio di impianti civili ed industriali

PRINCIPALI ATTIVITA'

  • Manutenzione ordinaria preventiva di tutti gli impianti elettrici e speciali dello stabilimento in media e bassa tensione (cabine, trasformatori, impianti di terra, quadri elettrici, ecc)

  • Manutenzione reattiva (a guasto) su impianti in media e bassa tensione (cabine, trasformatori, impianti di terra, quadri elettrici, ecc)

  • Conduzione degli impianti elettrici e speciali dello stabilimento

  • Supervisione delle attività specialistiche dei sub-appaltatori

  • Gestione e consuntivazione attività mediante software gestionali di commessa

  • Attività di manutenzione programmata e a guasto su impianti meccanici HVAC, idrico sanitari ed antincendio (estintori, porte REI)

  • Disponibilità ad intervenire in emergenza sulle diverse tipologie di impianti presenti negli stabilimenti (servizio di reperibilità)

  • Verifica e ricerca guasti impianti

  • Pianificazione delle verifiche di legge

  • Elaborazione giornaliera di rapporti tecnici

  • Gestione ordini di lavoro sia a canone che extra (work order)

  • Gestione piccolo cassa cantiere

  • Gestione di una richiesta ad hoc (preventivo, approvvigionamento materiale, svolgimento attività e contabilizzazione )

  • Quantificazione economica di una specifica attivita’

  • Gestione di ulteriori interventi manutentivi di carattere generico (meccanico, civile, idraulico)

  • Formazione professionale tecnica

  • 5 anni di esperienza nel ruolo di manutentore

  • Preferibile il possesso di Attestati per cabina elettrica, manutenzione antincendio, PLE, DPI 3 CAT, Pronto soccorso/Antincendio, corso PES-PAV.

  • Attenzione alla sicurezza e al lavoro di squadra

  • Conoscenza degli impianti di illuminazione, forza motrice, impianti di trasmissione dati, impianti antincendio, impianti di regolazione, cabine elettriche e centrali antincendio.

REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI

  • Conoscenza impianti di Condizionamento

  • Possesso F-Gas

  • Conoscenza impianti forza motrice
