Roles and Responsibilities

  • Support all activities related to Inquiry to Order (ITO) processes: tender identification and analysis of tender requirement, tender document consolidation

  • Quote for public and Private customers consolidation

  • Salesforce CRM platform and tools update: cleans and maintains data in Commercial and other core systems (CRMs, SFDC, ERPs, etc.).

  • Developing conceptual knowledge of own discipline (all ITO process and tools, all law & requirements applicable)

  • Develop effective network with other function (Sales, Service, Finance, Legal, Compliance, Order Management)

  • Applies general knowledge of business developed through education. Understands how work of own team contributes to the area.

  • Collaborate to identify issues and to work on possible solution with ITO colleagues using established procedures. Consults supervisor or more senior team members to ensure prompt escalation

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs.

  • Proactive, problem solving attitude and flexibility

  • Rigor, method and time management attitude

  • Customer focus

  • Team-work oriented

  • Curiosity

  • Good English knowledge

  • IT effective knowledge (Office, Outlook,…)
